Introduction

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious Marketer to help bring the Everyday Banking Marketing team to the next level. The role will help define and develop marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the Everyday Banking acquisition portfolio, maximize revenue, and optimize the customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Typically between 2 – 4 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Advertising and/or creative agency experience an asset.
• Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business/groups on the strategic development, execution, and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns.
• Provide information and direction for media and creative development, ensuring brand and governance standards are maintained.
• Oversee the development of advertising, promotional, and communications material.
• Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver business objectives.
• Develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines, and governance.
• Think creatively and propose new solutions.
• Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Work mostly independently and take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework.
