Pay Range:$60/hr - $66/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of cross-LOB initiatives and experiences across digital platforms.
• Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify opportunities for improvement in engagement and conversion.
• Develop actionable recommendations in partnership with Product and Design teams.
• Lead global campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Independently analyze performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or customer experience.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and digital growth levers.
• Proven project/program management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in digital product or product operations.
• Familiarity with digital commerce KPIs, such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
