Pay Range: $43 to $47/hour on W2

Responsible for driving creator affiliate growth and revenue across client portfolio. The role focuses on creator recruitment, onboarding, activation, relationship management, and performance optimization using ShopMy and LTK, while partnering with Gen3 and internal teams to scale revenue-generating creator affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive affiliate-attributed revenue by recruiting and activating high-performing creators.
• Manage creator affiliate programs across ShopMy and LTK.
• Build and maintain creator relationships, including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.
• Analyze affiliate metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
• Partner with Gen3 and internal teams to execute affiliate strategies across multiple brands.

Must-Have Skills

• Affiliate Marketing: Proven experience managing revenue-generating creator affiliate programs and driving affiliate-attributed sales.
• Creator/Influencer Marketing: Hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, activating, and managing creator relationships.
• ShopMy Platform: Practical experience managing creator affiliate campaigns and tracking performance using ShopMy.
• LTK Platform: Hands-on experience using LTK to manage creator partnerships, affiliate activity, and commerce initiatives.
• Performance Analytics: Ability to analyze affiliate performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve revenue and conversion rates.
