About the Role
This role covers two marketing opportunities at an early-stage B2B AI voice company: Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Manager. You will help turn a technical product into clear, compelling positioning and build marketing that supports growth across markets.
What You'll Do
Develop positioning, messaging, and storytelling that make a technical product distinctive and easy to understand.
Lead go-to-market launches for products, features, customer segments, and international markets.
For the Marketing Lead focus, own marketing strategy, budget, KPIs, and pipeline impact, and build repeatable growth programs across organic and paid channels.
Apply AI and automation tools to marketing execution, test new channels, and use experiments and data to guide decisions.
Build and lead a marketing team while remaining hands-on, and create sales materials, case studies, customer stories, and product website messaging.
Conduct competitive and market research and support expansion into markets such as the UK and US.
What We're Looking For
For the Marketing Lead focus, at least 4 years of growth or marketing experience, including ownership of a marketing function and meaningful budget; for Product Marketing, at least 3 years of B2B product marketing experience.
Experience in startups as well as a scale-up or larger organization, with a record of building new programs and scaling them.
Strong positioning and storytelling skills, especially for technical products, plus experience with paid and organic growth channels.
Comfort with AI and automation tools, KPIs, experimentation, and pipeline-focused measurement.
Experience launching into new segments or international markets and, for the Marketing Lead focus, building a team while executing directly.
A strong academic background and early-career consulting or comparable experience are preferred.
Native or fluent German and professional fluency in English are required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €75,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
