Position Overview:

Assist Florida Credit Union’s Marketing Department with its day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions. The role involves supporting content creation, social media, events, and basic design and video projects, as well as assisting with seasonal initiatives such as back-to-school events. Additional administrative and general support tasks will also be required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing department with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
• Support the planning and execution of community events, including back-to-school initiatives and other seasonal campaigns.
• Help organize, assemble, and distribute promotional items for events and marketing efforts.
• Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.
• Support the development of marketing materials, including flyers, graphics, and digital content.
• Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Assist with basic video production tasks, including filming and editing short videos.
• Assist with updating and maintaining website content, including event pages and promotions.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• A current driver’s license.
