This is the top engineering role at the Company level. Responsible for evaluating requirements and directing engineering activities associated with product design, development, and modification. Recommends and supervises expansion and modernization of manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029
• Strong academic performance and leadership potential
• Demonstrated involvement through internships, co-ops, student organizations, athletics, research, or community activities
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Pay Ranges: $20 - $27hr
