Marketing Executive

Our client, a leading CSP in Malta is currently for aMarketing Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be handling a range of marketing, communications and public relations initiatives across the organisation.

This is ahybridrole offering a salary of up to €36K.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of marketing, communications, and PR initiatives, including annual marketing plans, campaigns, promotional activities, and business development efforts

• Create and manage content across social media, the website, email marketing, and advertising campaigns

• Record and edit video content for social media and digital marketing channels

• Help manage and optimise the company website, including SEO and user experience improvements

• Monitor campaign performance and report on the results of marketing and communication activities

• Carry out market research and competitor analysis across relevant industry sectors

• Support the consistent application of the company’s brand identity and corporate image

• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing and promotional materials

• Support internal communications and employer branding activities where required

• Assist with planning and coordinating corporate events, sponsorships, and networking activities

• Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and business partners

• Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and digital assets

Education, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field

• Good understanding of digital marketing, website management, and SEO principles

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, social media management tools, and MS Office

• Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite

• Fluent in English, with strong writing and editing skills

• Fluent in Maltese, both written and spoken - non-negotiable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proactive and motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently to deadlines
