- Coordinate podcast/video planning, recording logistics, basic production, publishing, and content distribution, using vendors when appropriate.
- Develop case studies, presentations, capability statements, and sales-enablement materials.
- Obtain appropriate approvals and permissions before publishing client, employee, clinical, or executive content.
Digital Marketing & CRM
- Schedule and publish corporate social content and newsletters, and draft executive thought-leadership posts for review and approval on personal LinkedIn accounts.
- Support email marketing, lead nurturing, CRM campaigns, marketing automation, landing pages, and website updates.
- Coordinate external website, SEO, digital advertising, creative, and other marketing partners.
- Improve organic search and AI-search discoverability using credible, accurate content and measurable reporting.
- Maintain reliable CRM campaign, attribution, and lead-source data.
Events & Thought Leadership
- Coordinate conferences, webinars, roundtables, community events, and employer-facing initiatives.
- Develop pre-event promotion, on-site content capture, and post-event follow-up plans.

Market Intelligence & Growth Team
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities.
- Identify target organizations, decision-makers, and priority segments for coordinated outreach.
- Participate in weekly Growth Team meetings with Marketing, Business Development, and Client Success; report results, upcoming campaigns, lead handoffs, priorities, and obstacles.
Key Measures of Success
- Qualified leads and marketing-sourced opportunities; lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Campaign performance, website and search visibility (including AI-search visibility), and audience engagement.
- Consistent execution of the marketing calendar, content/video output, and sales collateral.
