Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose:
- The Marketing Coordinator at PHPMG INC will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives and campaigns. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing promotional materials, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management systems.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks and project management duties.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms and email marketing.
