About the Role

We're seeking an organized Marketing Coordinator to support national marketing campaigns, webinars, and day-to-day project delivery. You'll work closely with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to keep requests moving, maintain campaign calendars, coordinate asset updates, and track results.

This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys managing details, communicating with teams, and balancing multiple deadlines. Training will be provided on the team's systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily marketing tasks, project requests, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars.
• Track requests and updates in Wrike and Smartsheet.
• Support webinar preparation and day-of webcast logistics using ON24.
• Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate edits and updates to marketing assets.
• Process invoices and maintain budget tracking records.
• Gather campaign analytics from multiple sources and prepare reporting updates.
• Provide project status updates during weekly team meetings.
• Support email template development and updates.
• Assist with lead management activities in the team's CRM system.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A proactive approach and comfort working in a busy, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn new marketing, reporting, and project management systems.

Helpful Experience

• Marketing coordination, campaign support, or project administration.
• Webinar or virtual event support.
• Invoice processing, budget tracking, or campaign reporting.
• Familiarity with Wrike, Smartsheet, ON24, Power BI, Adobe Experience Manager, or CRM platforms such as MPower.
