Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 11-month contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support daily marketing activities, event planning, social media content, and vendor communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, graphic design experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate the marketing calendar, ensuring projects, campaigns, and deadlines remain on schedule.

• Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating marketing events and promotional activities.

• Communicate with external vendors to coordinate marketing materials, services, and event logistics.

• Support social media marketing efforts, including creating, scheduling, and managing posts and content.

• Assist with graphic design projects and the development of marketing materials.

• Track multiple marketing initiatives and provide administrative and project coordination support.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are completed efficiently.

• Assist with event setup, product handling, and other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, or a related role.

• Graphic design experience and proficiency with graphic design software.

• Experience managing projects, schedules, and competing deadlines.

• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Work Environment: Onsite position in Parsippany, NJ.

• Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting or moving products as needed.
