What You'll Do

The Marketing Coordinator keeps Splitit's brand visible and its marketing engine running day to day. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and based in our Atlanta office, this role owns social media, event planning and execution, and collateral creation, with some additional support on swag and office supply ordering. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and sweats the details.

• Own Splitit's social media presence end to end: content calendar, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking across channels
• Plan and execute events, both internal (team offsites, all-hands, celebrations) and external (conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, client events), managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution
• Build marketing collateral including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and templates, keeping everything on-brand and ready for the field
• Order and manage swag for events, new hires, and client gifting, and handle select office supply ordering for the Atlanta office
• Partner closely with Sales and the Head of Marketing to make sure events and collateral support pipeline and brand goals
• Learn new tools and processes quickly as Splitit's marketing function scales

Who You Are

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field, with hands-on experience planning and executing events from start to finish
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Creative instincts and an eye for design and brand consistency across social, collateral, and event materials
• A fast learner who is energized, not overwhelmed, by a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with social media platforms and scheduling tools; familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
• Able to work primarily in person from Splitit's Atlanta office
