Wir suchen für unser Team in Schlieren per sofort und als Mutterschaftsvertretung eine:n Marketing Communications Expert:in, der:die für die traditionelle Marketingkommunikation für Sony Consumer Electronics Switzerland verantwortlich ist. Du lieferst "best in class" POS-Materialien und Displays für digitale Plattformen und Einzelhandelsgeschäfte und kennst dich bestens mit den neusten digitalen Marketing Tools aus, um neue Produkteinführungen und Werbeaktivitäten zu unterstützen.

Du kannst dich darauf freuen, eine aktive Rolle in unserer Marketing-Kommunikation zu spielen, ein echtes Verständnis dafür zu erlangen, wie wir den Markt bearbeiten und analysieren und wie wir jede Produktzielgruppe ansprechen. Dies tun wir um die besten Kommunikationsmittel und Produktkommunikation für unsere Promotions, ATL- und BTL-Kampagnen zu definieren. Du bist für die traditionellen, sowie auch online Point-of-Sale-Materialien, sowie für sämtliche Werbematerialien für unsere Händler zuständig. Du unterstützt den Event-& Warehouse-Spezialisten bei Events und der Verwaltung von Kommunikationsmaterialien.

Du koordinierst und verwaltest die Arbeitsabläufe mit unseren europäischen Marketing Teams und trägst die Verantwortung für die Verwaltung des Budgets und arbeitest zusammen mit einem grossartigen Team von Marketing Experten:innen.

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Verkaufs-, Channel- und Marketingteams zusammen, um die Durchführung der Kampagnen zu unterstützen. Du koordinierst eigenständig unsere Agenturen und überwachst die Produktionen über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg. Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Kommunikation zwischen Marketing und Channel Marketing.

Und schliesslich weisst du, wie wichtig es ist, den "One Last Inch" am Point-of-Sale zu erzielen.

Was brauche ich?

Du bist ein:e ambitionierte:r Absolvent:in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Volkswirtschaftslehre oder des Marketings auf Bachelor- oder Masterniveau, ideal mit 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Consumer Electronics Retail Markt und/oder in einer gleichwertigen Position.

Natürlich sind deine herausragenden Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation, im Projekt- und im Zeitmanagement. Gerade in dynamischen Phasen läufst du zur Höchstform auf und meisterst dank deines Multitasking-Talents selbst parallele Herausforderungen mit Bravour und Leichtigkeit. Deine proaktive, einfallsreiche Herangehensweise an ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitspensum bedeutet, dass du in sich ständig weiterentwickelnde Projekte eingebunden wirst. Dein freundlicher und neugieriger Stil wird dazu beitragen, ein gutes Netzwerk zu internen und externen Interessengruppen aufzubauen.

Was die praktische Seite betrifft, so bist du sicher im Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint und Photoshop und hast ein Auge für Details. Wahrscheinlich begeisterst du dich für die Unterhaltungselektronik. Eines ist sicher: du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Kulturen. Deine Muttersprache ist deutsch und dein Englisch exzellent in Wort und Schrift, Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
