Interview Process

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum required years of experience: 1 year in Category Merchandising, ideally wanting candidates who are just out of college and looking to learn
• Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Must have skills:
  • Personal interest in Running - passionate about it and understands running culture, can give team context on running culture
  • Has been on a running team, is in a running club, has been a running coach
  • Wants to learn Merchandising

Nice to Have Skills

• Support for the team, assist with meetings - booking rooms, setting up mannequins
• Working with POS data, verify data accuracy for different geographies
• Sample orders, system updates, keeping team organized

Software/Technical Requirements

• Excel
• Keynote
