Introduction

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as a Brand Merchandising expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in merchandising, with a focus on driving growth through innovative product strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising (Marketplace or Consumer/Sport), and/or retail, with leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in footwear and apparel merchandising; proficiency in retail and profit-based metrics
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in retail math and marketplace analytics
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Background in Golf and Tennis
• Experience with Global Product Assortment
• Knowledge of Assort Visual (AV) tools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive the product strategy and assortments for Soccer channels in the NA marketplace
• Create channel-tier specific assortments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketplace insights
• Share insights to inform Soccer sport product merch partners to influence future product line plans
• Partner closely with Soccer, Golf, Tennis Channel Sales, and finance to ensure healthy inventory and alignment with channel growth strategies
• Develop a channel-tier assortment offerings across apparel, equipment, and footwear
• Define and drive multi-season strategic plans by channel to align with financial targets
