Job Title: Brand Merchandising 3

Introduction

The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities. Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the marketplace, and drive incremental growth. Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing, and distribution decisions. Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that the end state is profitable consumer right assortments. Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 3 yrs; Masters 4 yrs; Associates degree 6 yrs; High School 7 yrs.
• 5 years’ experience in merchandising, planning, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to pivot to different responsibilities as needed.
• Retail business acumen.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Degree preferred, not a hard requirement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• On-site role at PHK; 4/1 hybrid schedule, typical work hours.
• Contract will help cover FTE leave; expected to run through Client’s EFY (5/31/2027).
• ETW will help support work on in-season management, pre-season planning and execution of assortments, and post-season recaps - providing business recaps to internal audiences.
• Will work with ~4 other on direct team, cross-functional team includes ~25 others (full stores team).
• 1-2 rounds of interviews max.
