Position Overview:
  • Build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze and similar CRM automation platforms.
  • Manage automated workflows, dynamic content, data integrations, and customer segmentation.
  • Plan and manage go-to-market campaigns to drive brand awareness through the marketing funnel.
  • Use digital platforms to automate marketing activities and identify high-impact points of interaction.
  • Create and deploy marketing campaigns using CRM systems and platforms such as Braze and Salesforce.
  • Lead and support the creative development of campaign content and customer communications.
  • Focus on demand generation, customer engagement, and improving return on investment (ROI).
Required Skills:
  • Experience with CRM Automation Platforms ( Braze, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong technical and marketing knowledge.
  • Ability to manage campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution.
  • Background check required.
