Job Summary:
This role will support Clients brand transformation, with a focus on building trust with Gen Z and expanding the brand beyond its traditional DIY tax perception. The contractor will lead cultural partnerships, brand health reporting, integrated marketing, and ad hoc brand strategy, translating data into actionable recommendations and driving projects from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute cultural partnerships across podcasts, streaming, music, gaming, and other cultural spaces.
Manage partners and internal teams against timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Partner cross-functionally with media, creative, social, design, and brand teams to bring campaigns to market.
Lead brand health reporting, translating qualitative and quantitative research into clear insights and recommendations.
Support TurboTax brand positioning, messaging architecture, brand strategy, naming, and brand architecture.
Support integrated marketing initiatives, including GTM toolkits and messaging responses to market/tax-law changes.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, or Brand Management experience.
Strong ability to translate qualitative & quantitative data into actionable strategic insights.
Proven experience managing agency/partner relationships, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Experience with cultural partnerships, integrated marketing, positioning, or brand campaigns.
Strong independent project ownership, taking initiatives from strategy through execution with minimal oversight.
