• Ability to design, interpret, and optimize experiments.
• Expert in test-and-learn best practices and methodologies.
• Ability to select the right testing approach based on business and operational constraints.
• Experience scaling and improving the efficiency of test-and-learn programs.
• Strong hands-on Advanced SQL and Python coding skills.
• Expertise in advanced statistical analysis and causal measurement.
• Ability to understand and modify custom/bespoke attribution models.
• Experience adapting attribution models and data pipelines to evolving MarTech ecosystems.
• Ability to incorporate measurement changes from platforms like Adjust and Airship.
