Job Summary
TheGlobal Marketing Communications team is seeking a Marketing Analyst contractor to support brand, content, and marketing operations activities across a broad portfolio of customer-facing materials and digital channels. This role will help coordinate marketing asset updates, maintain content accuracy, support brand consistency, and improve visibility to project status across global workstreams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand, Content & Marketing Operations
- Support execution of global brand and content update activities across customer-facing marketing communications.
- Build and maintain organized inventories of marketing assets, including status, ownership, priority, and required updates.
- Work with product, regional, digital, creative, and functional marketing partners to support consistent messaging, visual identity, and content accuracy.
- Track decisions, dependencies, approvals, and completion status to keep workstreams moving efficiently.
Marketing Asset Management
- Coordinate updates to product data sheets, brochures, sales presentations, event materials, videos, templates, and other customer-facing collateral.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories, source file references, version details, and status documentation.
- Support established review and approval processes to help ensure materials are ready for use.
- Identify obsolete, duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent assets and recommend next steps for resolution.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support website content and digital asset updates to help maintain brand consistency, content accuracy, and a strong customer experience.
- Assist with content replacement, migration support, and quality checks across relevant digital properties.
- Help coordinate localization and translation workflows as needed.
- Review published content for accuracy, working links, appropriate asset versions, and alignment with brand standards.
Project Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, owners, dependencies, milestones, and completion metrics.
- Prepare concise status updates and reports for project stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, agencies, production vendors, and other external partners.
- Communicate risks, timing constraints, approval delays, and unresolved content gaps in a timely manner.
Data & Content Analysis
- Analyze marketing asset inventories to identify coverage gaps, duplication, outdated content, and priority update needs.
- Support audits of marketing communications materials across channels, regions, and asset types.
- Recommend improvements to content organization, findability, reuse, workflow efficiency, and governance.

- This contractor role provides dedicated support for a high volume of marketing communications updates across digital and customer-facing channels. By helping organize assets, coordinate updates, maintain version control, and support approval workflows, this position will enable the Global Marketing Communications team to deliver accurate, consistent, and timely content while maintaining strong alignment with brand standards.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Complete and accurate inventory of in-scope marketing communications assets, including ownership, status, and recommended next steps.
- Prioritized work plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and approval paths.
- Timely completion of approved content and brand updates across priority channels and markets.
- Reduction in outdated, duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent customer-facing assets over time.
- Improved visibility to asset status, ownership, version control, approvals, and completion reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on multiple concurrent priorities.
- Experience working with marketing collateral, websites, presentations, digital content, and project documentation.
- Proficiency withMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to maintain detailed trackers and create clear status summaries.
- Ability to manage deadlines, organize information, and communicate progress clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting brand consistency, large-scale content updates, content governance, or digital asset management projects.
- Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, review workflows, or work management tools.
- Experience coordinating with creative agencies, production suppliers, and regional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of B2B, manufacturing, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle, or aftermarket markets.
- Experience with web content platforms, localization workflows, translation processes, or digital analytics is beneficial.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Required Experience
- 2β5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, content operations, project coordination, or a related function.
