Job Summary

Our systems ingest millions of sensor readings daily, powering experiences for consumers and partners worldwide, with the reliability and scalability of cloud-native, enterprise-grade platforms. We are seeking anAffiliate Marketing Analyst to lead the Affiliate Marketing program for Lingo. This is a contract role based in Alameda, CA, and plays a critical role in scaling Lingo's Affiliate marketing partnerships and influencer programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and act as a close partner and resource to our internal teams to deepen market penetration of our OTC CMG β Lingo.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including forecasting and opportunity sizing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the BI team to understand the incrementality of Affiliate channels and adapt strategy to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused onCost-Per-Action (CPA) and revenue share campaigns to achieve new user acquisition and revenue goals.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with affiliate partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, increase conversions, and minimize fraud.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product management, brand marketing, PR, and finance to align affiliate marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
Required Experience
- 4 years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs.
- Prior experience with Impact.com/Rakuten/Commission Junction platform required.
- Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships.
- Proven track record of building a business and operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel.
- Proficiency in utilizing Impact and CJ for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks.
- Ability to clearly articulate strategy and then execute.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, a focus on possibilities and not obstacles.
