Required Skills and Education

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two (2) years related work experience, or an Associate’s Degree in a related field and four (4) years related work experience, or the overall equivalent

* Supervisory experience (i.e. team lead, supervisor, manager)

* Ability to negotiate, collaborate, coach, guide, and offer training

* Good organizational skills

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact and disseminate information with individuals at all levels in the organization

* Computer skills to include MS Office Suite and ability to work with industry related software

Preferred Skills and Education

Experience working in a DoD environment
Experience working with a union workforce
