Pay Rate: $44.44/hr
Schedule: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, with OT/adjustments based on business needs
Location: York, PA
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to support and lead bargaining unit employees in a fast-paced motorcycle manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, with the majority of the day spent on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership and support to production employees and team leaders
- Coach, mentor, and provide employees with the tools/resources needed to succeed
- Support manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, and distribution operations
- Help teams meet goals for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability
- Serve as a key point of support for employee and production concerns
- Promote an efficient, productive, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Background and Drug Screen
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Comfortable working primarily on the production floor
- Ability to work 6:30 AM–5:00 PM and OT as business needs require
- Must be able to work onsite in York, PA
- Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
