Manufacturing Plant Lead - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Manufacturing Plant Lead for a direct hire position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Circleville, OH.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, plus up to 10% annual bonus

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for overseeing and guiding shift personnel in the operation of the Energy Recovery Unit (ERU) kiln and its associated systems. The successful candidate will ensure team safety, maintain efficient processes for material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation, and serve as a technical resource for the team. This position requires working a rotational 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shift personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations of the ERU kiln and related systems
• Oversee material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation processes
• Implement ERU policies, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership to the shift team
• Be the technical resource to support ERU personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Primary Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Boiler operator's license from the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain)
• 1-3+ years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance, production, or related fields
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
