A leading electronic testing company seeks aManufacturing Operations Support 4 (Swing to assemble and process microcircuit parts using precision manufacturing equipment while maintaining strict quality standards.

Manufacturing Operations Support 4 (Swing) Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts, following strict quality standards with close attention to detail and steady, deliberate movements.
• Operate manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools, handling delicate and sensitive materials in various forms.
• Work independently under the direction of a coordinator to achieve area goals, collaborating professionally with engineering, trainers, and fellow operators and raising concerns through the standard chain of command.

Manufacturing Operations Support 4 (Swing) Qualifications:

• Ability to work in an ESD room environment and handle delicate products and multiple materials.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with microscopes is preferred.

Shift:

• Swing shift.
