🔍 Key Responsibilities

🏭Workflow & Process Monitoring: Assist in monitoring daily factory operations, workflow processes, and production schedules to help the team keep all work orders running smoothly and on time.

📊Documentation & Reporting: Support the operations team by preparing, updating, and maintaining operational reports, production records, and administrative documentation to track everyday floor performance.

📦Inventory & Material Support: Assist in monitoring raw materials, production supplies, and floor inventory levels to prevent bottlenecks or material shortages during the manufacturing process.

🛡️Quality Control Verification: Observe, learn, and support strict quality control procedures on the factory floor to help maintain our "Zero-Defect" quality standard and workplace safety.

💡Process Improvement: Actively observe manufacturing workflows to assist in identifying operational inefficiencies, reducing material waste, and making meaningful recommendations for process improvement.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓Education & Qualified Courses: Currently pursuing aBS in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related technical/management course requiring an internship/OJT period.

💼Experience & Exposure: No prior corporate experience required; a strong academic understanding of manufacturing concepts, supply chain fundamentals, or production workflows is a major asset.

🛠️Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Excel/Word or Google Workspace for logging data). Ability to read basic operational schedules and compile simple performance reports.

✨Soft Skills: Highly disciplined, meticulous, and solution-oriented. Strong observational skills, a collaborative "can-do" attitude on the factory floor, and the ability to maintain concentration and safety awareness in a busy production environment.
