Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Waterloo Works – Tractor Operations
Duration :24 Months
Shift: 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm) – Possible overtime to support production line

Introduction

The role is focused on supporting the assembly operations within a manufacturing environment. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable working on the shop floor and is prepared to engage in hands-on tasks to support production lines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics
• Open to recent graduates with manufacturing internships
• Consideration for candidates without a degree if they have 2 or more years of applicable work experience
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Great communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience in a similar role or industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 75% of time on feet within the factory
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Work onsite only, adhering to a business casual dress code
