Pub Overview

Popular Community Pub

Located within a highly populated suburb of Bradford, The Manor House is a lovely community pub that recently received a refurbishment. With over 9,500 adults living within a half mile radius of the pub, there is ample opportunity to tap into both the community aspects of the pub and offer an appealing casual dining menu.

The pub would suit a home cooked and traditional British pub grub menu that offers all the classics such as pies and burgers along with some more on trend items such as sharing platters. The site has three trading rooms - one of which can be closed off to create a separate revenue stream from private functions.

Experienced Local Operator Wanted

The Manor House is perfect for an experienced operator who has previously run a similar fast paced venue. You will know what locals in the area want from their pub and pride yourself in your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere to your guests.

We are currently offering a one year rent concession on this pub.

Trading Area & Facilities

Inside, the pub is a spacious three room operation - one of which can be used as a function room. Recently refurbished, the interior of the pub is bright, comfortable and welcoming. There is ample space to dedicate to both drinking and dining.

Outside, there is an appealing beer garden to the front of the pub which curls around the right hand side of the premises.
