The Allegro team is united by a clear purpose—advancing technologies that make the world safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve.
At Allegro MicroSystems, we are "One Allegro"—collaborating globally to lead the world toward a safer, more sustainable, and autonomous future. As aLead Analyst, Supply Chain Planning based at Allegro MicroSystems Philippines, Inc. (AMPI), you will lead the end-to-end supply planning operations across our Work Centers (Probe, Assembly, and Test) for both our internal AMPI factory and global OSAT partners.
This role requires a highly analytical and proactive professional who can seamlessly balance global customer demand against manufacturing capacity. Working in close partnership with Business Units, Industrial Engineering, and global supply chain stakeholders, you will ensure outstanding On-Time Delivery (OTD), optimize inventory levels, and drive supply chain efficiency to support our corporate growth objectives.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
End-to-End Supply & Demand Planning
Capacity & Demand Alignment: Analyze, plan, and execute all supply planning activities across Probe, Assembly, and Test work centers. Align internal AMPI factory and external OSAT capacities with global demand to ensure OTD, customer satisfaction, and optimal inventory levels.
Capacity & Bottleneck Analysis: Partner with Industrial Engineering teams to evaluate current capacities, projects, and constraints. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks or resource constraints that would delay downstream production or significantly impact the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Global Allocation & Escalations: Collaborate with front-end Business Teams, staff analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage supply status, resolve allocation issues, and address critical supply escalations.
Loading Optimization: Partner with internal factories and OSAT suppliers to optimize loading schedules, ensuring maximum utilization of manufacturing assets.
Inventory Strategy & SIOP Support
Tailored Supply Chain (TSC) Models: Support the design, development, and implementation of a Tailored Supply Chain (TSC) model and staged inventory plans across various manufacturing nodes to meet OTD and inventory targets, including the launch of New Product Introductions (NPI).
Monthly Supply Reviews: Support and facilitate Monthly Supply Reviews at the Work Center level, ensuring that risks, opportunities, and escalations identified in Demand Reviews are proactively addressed.
SIOP Process Support: Assist in compiling, creating, and presenting key supply chain metrics and data during the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
Process Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate end-to-end supply chain planning processes (Probe, Assembly, Test) to identify optimization opportunities, streamline workflows, and propose system enhancements.
What You Will Bring (Requirements)
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field of study.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in supply planning, product development, material planning, or program management, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
Supply Chain Expertise: Direct experience managing multi-node, highly distributed global supply chains.
Technical & Systems Expertise
Advanced Planning Systems: Hands-on experience with modern ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (APS) such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, Oracle, Propel, or SAP.
Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, model inventory levels, and translate capacity constraints into actionable supply plans.
Functional Competencies
Forecasting & Inventory Management: Proficient in safety stock planning, inventory modeling, demand-to-supply mapping, and lead-time optimization.
Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead supply discussions, present SIOP materials, and build alignment among diverse, global stakeholders.
