  • Collaborate closely with Publishing, Digital Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to balance stakeholder needs, build trust, and communicate effectively to drive alignment and achieve shared project goals.
  • Track project progress, analyze project metrics, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively propose solutions, utilizing strong data analytics and quantitative skills to support informed decision-making and keep delivery on track.
  • Maintain and continuously improve project documentation, including style guides, page plans, templates, and workflow processes, contributing to operational excellence, knowledge sharing, and consistency across projects.
  • Manage communication with external suppliers and vendors where required, fostering productive partnerships through clear expectations, effective collaboration, and the ability to build trust while ensuring adherence to project briefs, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and production processes, demonstrating an action-oriented mindset and commitment to operational excellence that supports scalable and efficient publishing operations.
