- Experience as Chief of Staff, Executive Consultant, Managerial Consultant, Program Manager who's provided support to executive leadership and has hands on administrative execution experience (calendaring, powerpoint development, etc.)
- Healthcare experience is now required
- 5+ years of direct related experience
- Direct experience supporting SVP or Executives as a "strategic" thought partner
- Proven executive consulting skillset - advising/consulting, help shape strategy
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills - able to build executive ready decks from a blank slide (storyline, messaging, visuals)
- Ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in organizational strategy and governance
- Ability to flex between strategy and hands on execution
- Must have business acumen experience
