TheManager of Strategy & Transformation will play a critical role in advancing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact transformation efforts across key business functions, helping to shape the company’s next phase of growth and operational excellence. This role requires a unique blend ofstrategic thinking, disciplined execution, and change leadership, along with the ability to influence across a complex, fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Strategy Execution

• Translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps across business units
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs aligned to post-IPO growth priorities
• Identify value creation opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes

Transformation Leadership

• Manage and execute large-scale, enterprise transformation initiatives spanning Marketing, Merchandising, and Pharmacy
• Establish and monitor KPIs, milestones, and value realization frameworks
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum in a dynamic environment

Project & Program Management

• Apply best-in-classenterprise project management practices to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners where applicable

Change Management

• Design and implement structuredchange management strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
• Partner with leadership to reinforce cultural and behavioral shifts required for transformation
• Develop communication plans that clearly articulate vision, progress, and impact

Executive Communication & Influence

• Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and recommendations to senior executives and board-level stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across functions to influence decision-making without direct authority
• Facilitate alignment and resolve competing priorities across leadership teams

Qualifications:

Experience

• 5+ years of experience instrategy, consulting, transformation, or corporate development, preferably within retail, healthcare, or consumer industries
• Proven track record leadingenterprise-level transformation or strategic initiatives
• Experience in post-IPO or high-growth environments is strongly preferred

Skills & Capabilities

• Strongenterprise project management expertise (e.g., PMO frameworks, governance, risk management)
• Deep understanding ofchange management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
• Exceptionalcommunication skills, including executive storytelling and presentation development
• Superiorinfluencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Leadership Attributes

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Highly collaborative with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
