About The Job:
- Strategy Consultant – Oil, Gas & Chemicals.
- Personnel should be having minimum qualification equivalent to Engineering Graduate or MBA from Top Institutions and meet the following experience criteria.
- Manager: Minimum 07 years with 03 years in Oil & Gas sector and having worked on 7 consultancy assignments in the focus areas listed above.
- Senior Consultant: Minimum 05 years’ experience with 02 years in Oil & Gas sector and having worked on 3 consultancy assignments in the focus areas listed above.
Experience & Qualification
- MBA from premier institute; B.E./B.Tech (desirable).
- 5+ years in advisory/consulting roles within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector.
- Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience required.
- Experience with Indian regulatory frameworks and digital transformation preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- A seasoned consulting professional with deep understanding of the OGC value chain, including upstream, midstream, and downstream.
- Experienced in regulatory advisory, strategy, technology, and project delivery.
- Strong communicator with experience presenting at industry events.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advisory engagements across the Oil, Gas & Chemicals value chain.
- Support regulatory interpretation and policy advisory.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and client engagements.
- Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and financial models.
- Drive client workshops and executive presentations.
- Support digital transformation initiatives in the sector.
- Lead business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Competencies
- In-depth sector knowledge across upstream, midstream, and downstream.
- Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience handling multiple engagements independently.
- Exposure to digital projects preferred.
