Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Starbucks Manager

The Starbucks Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks location within a Nouria convenience store. This position provides hands-on leadership to the Starbucks team while ensuring a welcoming guest experience, consistent product quality, operational execution, and adherence to applicable Nouria and Starbucks standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Starbucks operations and provide hands-on support to the team.
• Deliver a welcoming, consistent, and high-quality guest experience.
• Coach, train, develop, and motivate team members.
• Support scheduling and appropriate staffing to meet business needs.
• Ensure beverages and food products are prepared and presented consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, waste, and proper product rotation.
• Execute opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Partner with Nouria store leadership to support overall C-Store operations and business needs.
• Reinforce company expectations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, restaurant, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
