Are you entrepreneurial? Would you like to take part in launching a fast-paced and dynamic new business? Does a start-up challenge sound like your career aspiration?

If your answer is yes, the position below would be a great fit for you.

Amazon Autos is revolutionizing the vehicle discovery and shopping experience, connecting customers with their ideal vehicle. As a Manager of Onboarding Success Managers at Amazon Autos, you'll lead the team responsible for bringing new dealerships onto our marketplace, guiding them from contract signing through their first live transactions. Every dealer's experience with Amazon starts with your team. You'll build the mechanisms that make that launch fast, predictable, and scalable as our dealer base grows.

Key job responsibilities
Managers of Onboarding Success Managers are responsible for launching new dealers quickly and setting them up to grow. The key responsibilities are to:

- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Onboarding Success Managers to build a high-performing organization capable of launching dealers at pace without sacrificing launch quality.
- Own onboarding throughput for your portfolio. Set and deliver against time-to-launch, onboarding completion rate, and launch-readiness goals, and identify the input metrics that move them.
- Manage onboarding capacity against the pace of dealer signings. Partner with Business Development to forecast volume, balance workload across your team and across metros, and prevent launch backlogs before they form.
- Own the quality of the handoff to Seller Success. Define what "launch ready" means, from inventory buyability and pricing to lending and feature enablement, and hold the bar so dealers transition able to transact rather than simply live on the marketplace.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with dealer leadership during onboarding. Be a trusted advisor to GM-level and dealer-group contacts, and manage escalations to keep launches on timeline.
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Account Management, Seller Experience, Seller Operations, Product, and Program Management to resolve onboarding blockers at the root cause rather than one dealer at a time.
- Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large set of dealers, e.g. simplifying SOPs, driving self-service and tooling automation, building training materials, and partnering with Product to remove recurring friction from the onboarding path.
- Report on onboarding performance and blocker trends to leadership, translating funnel data into the decisions and investments needed to accelerate launches.
- Active participation in hiring and developing the best talent for the team.

A day in the life
As a Manager of Onboarding Success Managers, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams across Business Development, Account Management, Seller Experience, Seller Operations, Product Management, and Program Management, and externally with GM-level dealer personnel and VP-level dealer group contacts. Your primary responsibilities include managing and developing your team of Onboarding Success Managers, owning time-to-launch and onboarding completion for your portfolio, managing escalations that put launch timelines at risk, ensuring dealers transition to Account Management ready to transact and grow, and building scalable onboarding mechanisms that hold up as dealer volume increases. You will be based in our office and will occasionally travel onsite to meet with dealers across metro locations.
