THE JOB:
As theOvernight Manager for In-Room Dining insideThe Cosmopolitan, you will oversee overnight room service operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences. Serving as a hands-on leader, you will set the tone for the guest experience through your hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. By understanding each guest’s unique needs and delivering personalized service, you will create seamless, memorable moments that leave a lasting impression long after their stay. You will lead and inspire the overnight team while ensuring efficient operations, elevated service execution, and an exceptional luxury dining experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide leadership in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations, and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long-term profitability
• Provide leadership and direction in the development, execution and measurement of guest service standards within the division consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
• Establish positive guest relations with all patrons of the restaurant; maintain a rapport with guest and comply with all requests and meet guest expectations to build a positive reputation and return business
• Work closely with the Executive Chef; ensure the guests special culinary requests are met
• Respond to unusual events or circumstances requiring high-level management attention and inform the VP and Executive Director of Food and Beverage of situations requiring his/her attention

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 + years of age
• able to work overnight shifts
• Experience in the hospitality industry and experience in scheduling and staffing
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (College education in a related field, and/or equivalent work experience in F&B)

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• Knowledgeable of Culinary Union Bargaining agreement preferred
