You’ll also stand up the procedures, tools, and reporting that let a lean team keep pace with a business that is scaling quickly.

Where you'll work

This role is ideally based in ourSan Francisco, Long Beach, or Houston offices, with full-time onsite expectations outside of bi-weekly WFH Fridays.

That said,we will make exceptions for truly exceptional talent if you live outside one of our hubs. If you're the right person for this role, we'll have a conversation about what works.

  • Partner with project management, health & safety, and site teams on risk engineering and loss control

Contracts and risk transfer

  • Review insurance, indemnity, and risk-of-loss provisions in customer, lease, supply, vendor, and subcontractor agreements, and work with Legal and the business on redlines and coverage guidance

  • Support claims from first notice through resolution, including coordination with brokers, carriers, and outside counsel

Bonding support

  • Provide underwriting information and supporting documentation to the bonding team and surety broker partners
