Manager – Reprocessing Services

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages daily Central Sterile Processing operations, including decontamination, assembly, sterilization, high-level disinfection, distribution, and inventory management.
• Ensures quality assurance, equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Oversees staff scheduling, training, competency validation, orientation, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinates with physicians, hospital departments, and vendors to ensure timely availability of instruments and supplies for surgical cases.
• Manages departmental budgets, labor expenses, inventory, and performance reporting.
• Serves as a technical resource for reprocessing, decontamination, and sterilization procedures.

Schedule and Requirements

• Duration: 14 weeks
• Interview: Phone
• Experience: Minimum 5 years; prior sterile processing management experience required
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience
• Certification: BLS
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; evenings and weekends as needed
• Required Specialty Experience: Oral Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Robotics, Urology, GYN, Plastics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Pediatrics.
