Job Title: Manager – Radiation Therapy (Radiation Oncology)
Location: Eureka, CA
Job Type: Full-Time (Day Shift – 8 Hours)
TheManager – Radiation Therapy (Radiation Oncology) is responsible for theoverall leadership, administration, and clinical operations of Radiation Oncology services. This role ensures delivery ofhigh-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
The Manager serves as akey liaison between physicians, hospital leadership, and clinical teams, ensuring seamless coordination, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the department.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership
Overseedaily operations of Radiation Oncology services
Ensure delivery ofsafe, high-quality, and clinically competent care
Maintain compliance withregulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
Monitor and improvedepartmental performance and patient outcomes

Administrative Management
Managestaffing, scheduling, and departmental resources
Develop and implementpolicies, procedures, and workflows
Ensure efficient utilization ofequipment, technology, and personnel
Overseebudgeting and operational performance

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as liaison between:
Physicians and medical staff
Hospital administration
Nursing and ancillary departments
Supportinterdisciplinary collaboration and communication

Leadership & Team Development
Supervise and mentorradiation therapy staff and clinical teams
Foster a culture ofaccountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Supporttraining, development, and performance management

Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence toJoint Commission and regulatory standards
Drivequality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Maintain compliance withstate and national certification requirements

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program in:
Radiation Therapy, OR
Medical Dosimetry, OR
Medical Physics
ARRT Certification (Required upon hire)
California Radiologic Technology Certification (Required upon hire)
Diagnostic & Therapeutic OR Therapeutic Radiologic Technology
Minimum3+ years of supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree inHealthcare Administration / Business Administration, OR
Master's Degree inHealthcare Administration / Business Administration
5+ years of leadership/management experience in acute care
