Position Title: Manager Program/Project III

Location: Newport, RI

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope of Work: Provides senior program management and serves as the Senior Technical Representative for the task order, directing performance across all task areas and ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Direct and integrate all task order activities and manage overall performance 

• Manage schedule, cost control, and technical quality against performance standards 

• Serve as the Senior Technical Representative and primary point of contact with the Government COR 

• Oversee progress reporting and regulatory compliance 

Qualifications

• This position is designated Key Personnel and serves as the Senior Technical Representative (STR). The STR manages the overall task order effort and is the primary point of contact with the Government COR, with authority to commit company resources. 
• Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level. 
• Senior program management experience leading IT infrastructure services efforts
