Manager of Field Marketing & Business Development

【Job Responsibilities】

• Represent the Carl Zeiss SMS business in Taiwan and China
• Continue to improve knowledge on application related issues for the SMS tools
• Leading team for application support and new application development
• Join weekly meeting with customers for summarizing and reporting issues as well as providing feedback on a technical level
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for HQ and TIC (service agent)
• Provide technical support for customer and TIC via phone
• Prepare and present detailed technical presentations (application related) material for support during sales assist
• Track action items and open issues with customer to help bring into fast closure
• Provide weekly report to HQ application support team
• As you will represent Zeiss in South East Asia region, frequent travel for up to few weeks may be required in order to assist China, Japan and Korea.
• Periodical training in HQ is required, training period 1-3 months depended on the training subject.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

【Qualification】

• Master’s degree, Optical background, litho/etching process experiences
•  7+ years relavent experience
