Manager Market Research

Job Overview

We are looking for a Manager to runprimary market research (PMR) projectsforpharmaceutical and life sciences clients in Kazakhstan and the CIS. You will own projects from client request to final report, keep vendors on schedule and on quality, and turn research results into clear conclusions for clients. The role requires an active,hands-on project managerwho can confidently manage multiple studies simultaneously,build strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights.

This is a hybrid role based in Almaty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, as well as vendors, to review requirements, develop value-added proposals, and communicate insights
• Review research designs, questionnaires and discussion guidesproposed by vendors and make sure they answer the client's questions.
• Prepare client proposals based on client’s requirements
• Manage vendors day to day through fieldwork, quality control and delivery, keeping projects on time and on budget
• Analyse data tables and transcriptsand write client reports with a clear storyline and conclusions
• Create reports that clearly connect business challenges to appropriate solutions and offerings
• Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, flag risks early and resolve issues before they affect timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ yearsof relevantexperience in consulting, analytics,or a related field, includingproject managementresponsibilities.
• Exposure to thepharmaceutical or FMCG industries would be a strong asset.
• Fluency inEnglish and Russian is required, proficiency inKazakhis desired.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, timely work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
