Title:Manager, Investment Accounting Reporting

Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle ARCS, Oracle Task Manager, Clearwater, and Client Office.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify issues, research variances, evaluate options, and recommend appropriate follow-up.
- Investment accounting experience, including securities, investment income, realized and unrealized gains and losses, fair value information, impairments, reconciliations, and management reporting.
- Insurance company accounting experience, including Statutory, GAAP, NAIC, and regulated industry reporting requirements.
- Internal control experience, including SOX or similar control frameworks, audit support, process documentation, and issue remediation.
- Ability to prepare executive-ready analysis and communicate complex accounting and regulatory matters clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Prioritize, organize, and lead work in a high-volume close and reporting environment.
- Technical and functional expertise in investment accounting, statutory reporting, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.
- Sound judgment and decision-making, including the ability to assess issues, evaluate options, and recommend actions.
- Understanding the business and translating business activity into accurate accounting and reporting outcomes.
- Achieving results through planning, accountability, collaboration, and deadline management.
- Serving internal and external customers through responsive, accurate, and professional support.
- Teamwork, cross-functional partnership, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members with varying levels of experience and technical skill.
- Set clear expectations, delegate effectively, monitor progress, review work, and hold the team accountable for timely, accurate results.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, auditors, management, and cross-functional partners.
- Act with diplomacy, sound judgment, and sensitivity when working with customers, internal departments, and leadership.

- Analyze and research data, identify risks, and propose practical solutions to resolve issues.
