ASSISTANT SESH MANAGER
Cirrus Social Club is the world's first upscale cannabis lounge, serving tens of thousands of guests on Colfax with an uncompromising commitment to hospitality. As we expand toward our goal of five locations by 2030, every future General Manager, Sesh Manager, and Kitchen Manager will start right here.
The Manager in Training (MIT) program is an immersive, hands-on path where you work directly in every position on the floor to master operations before stepping into management. You won't just shadow—you will run food, prep on the kitchen line, hold the door on a busy weekend night, pack product at the Sesh Bar, and manage a floor section as a Flight Attendant.
Reports to: Sesh Manager / General Manager
THE PROGRAM ROTATION
You will complete dedicated shifts working in each position in sequential order:
- Runner: Master food delivery, table clearance, and floor pacing.
- Kitchen: Work line prep, station management, and kitchen flow.
- Host: Direct door control, guest arrival experiences, and reservation pacing.
- Sesh Bar: Manage cannabis product preparation, menu knowledge, and fulfillments.
- Flight Attendant: Take full ownership of guest service sections on the floor.
- Kitchen Manager: Shadow and execute back-of-house operational leadership.
- Sesh Manager: Shadow and execute front-of-house operational leadership and guest recovery.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hospitality Veterans: You have restaurant, bar, or hotel experience and know top-tier service standards.
- Cannabis Experts: You know the plant inside and out, can communicate effortlessly with guests, and are ready to tackle the high standards of hospitality.
- Core Qualities: You love taking care of people, welcome feedback, arrive on time consistently, value learning over shortcutting, and thrive working peak weekend/evening shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be21+ years of age.
- Able to obtain and maintain aColorado MED employee badge.
- Ability to worknights and weekends during peak business hours.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and remaining on your feet for full shifts.
- No prior management experience required—we teach you the hospitality skills needed to succeed.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, with assistance, objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to respond quickly to operational, guest service, or safety needs in a fast-paced environment.
