Business Development & Strategy:

• Develop business plans, programs, and campaigns to drive asset growth focused on Financing and SME Financing.
• Manage external partnerships, stakeholder engagements, and participation in trade exhibitions, conferences, and events.
• Conduct briefings and training sessions across business centers to support sales throughput

Financing & Portfolio Targets:

• Drive targets for total financing assets, non-trade financing assets, SME financing percentage/volume, and approved halal financing assets.

Operational Support & Compliance:

• Oversee timely processing of applications, commodity trading, and business center queries.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, controls, and regulatory requirements.
