TheManager, Facility & Maintenance is responsible for all facilities within Malaysia. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities & equipment, in order to adequately conduct business whenever required.

This position reports to theGeneral Manager and is part of theFacility & Maintenance teamlocated in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Compliance with ISO/QSR facilities related requirements;
• Compliance with local Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements;
• Compliance with Hazardous material requirements;
• Maintains space planning models;
• Coordinate site selection and T/I projects;
• Coordinate Facility & Equipment Maintenance;
• Responsible for maintaining preventive maintenance program to ensure the maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or technically related field from an accredited university
• Years of experience in Facilities Management / Equipment Maintenance experience with a proven track record; with several years in a supervisory/management role;
• Strong knowledge and expertise in field of maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance
• Strong organizational, communication, CAD software for facility layout, record keeping skills;
• Full technical knowledge of Facility systems and preventative maintenance practices;
• Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, & ability to handle multiple projects

Bonus / Incentive Pay 

Up to 10% of annual base salary  

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.  This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
