In this role you will:

  • Lead the planning and development of a sustainable, future-focused tennis facility network across the ACT and region
  • Build strong partnerships with government, councils, clubs and community stakeholders to advocate for infrastructure investment and growth
  • Identify, secure and manage grant funding opportunities, business cases and capital investment projects
  • Deliver facility renewal, redevelopment and infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, accessibility and long-term sustainability
  • Provide strategic oversight of asset management, maintenance programs and major works across Tennis ACT facilities

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • You bring experience in infrastructure, facilities, planning, property, project delivery or a related field, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution
  • You build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and can confidently influence outcomes across complex environments
  • You have experience preparing grants, funding submissions, business cases or investment proposals that drive meaningful results
  • You're a proactive problem-solver who can manage competing priorities while delivering projects that benefit communities
  • You value collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement, and enjoy working with others to create positive, lasting impact
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis ACT

What’s to love?

  • Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities
  • Monthly wellbeing activities and recognition through our Serving Your Success program
  • Health & welling benefits, including access to Next Gen Canberra and other wellbeing initiatives
  • A range of discounts from our sponsorship partners
