Manage partner expectations, timelines, approvals, and deliverables while advocating for GWC’s mission, participant needs, and brand.
Lead partner meetings, run-throughs, and event briefings, ensuring speakers, volunteers, and other partner participants are well prepared.
Communicate complex information clearly and effectively, tailoring updates and recommendations to executives, corporate partners, internal teams, volunteers, and other audiences.
Regularly solicit and integrate feedback from stakeholders to improve event strategy, team processes, and participant experience.
Contribute to broader event strategy, planning, and process improvements beyond individual events or assigned projects.
Develop, document, and improve scalable event production processes, templates, systems, and best practices.
Monitor event registration, attendance, engagement, and other relevant metrics; identify trends and opportunities and communicate insights to stakeholders.
