Location: Greater South Shore Boston Area, MA (Onsite - Local Candidates Only)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $150,000 - $230,000 Base + Benefits

About the Opportunity

A large, established North American organization with over 10,000 employees is seeking an experiencedERP Systems Manager - Procurement to lead and enhance its enterprise procurement technology landscape. This role will oversee strategic initiatives, system optimization, integrations, and team leadership supporting a large-scale Oracle Cloud Procurement environment.

This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for aligning technology solutions with business objectives while managing a global team and driving enterprise-wide ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, administration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Cloud Procurement systems.
• Partner with executive leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define and execute ERP roadmaps.
• Manage and develop high-performing technical teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and internally developed business systems.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, security, and scalability across procurement platforms.
• Drive ERP-related projects from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
• Evaluate and approve system enhancements, configurations, and integration requirements.
• Support governance, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems or enterprise application teams.
• Deep expertise withOracle Fusion Procurement.
• Proven experience leading a significantOracle Cloud ERP Procurement implementation.
• Experience managing distributed teams, including offshore resources.
• Background supporting integrations between Oracle environments and custom .NET applications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Procurement or supply chain business process knowledge.
• Experience with SOX controls, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Background supporting enterprise-scale ERP transformation programs.
