Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for aManager, Business Intelligence who will:

  • Serve as a core partner to localBusiness Intelligence teams, leading reporting deliverables and supporting marketing efficiency through reliable data management and analytics.

  • Develop, update, and maintaindashboards and visualizations, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests.

  • Produceweekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports, using tools such asPower BI, Tableau, and Looker to present data clearly and accurately.

  • Extract data from multiple media platforms and performdata hygiene, quality control, and validation.

  • Conduct rigorous daily and weeklydata quality assurance, investigating and resolving discrepancies across reporting deliverables.

  • Ensure adherence todata governance and taxonomy requirements.

  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Operations teams to integratenew data sources and reporting requirements, including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of fixes.

  • Support the collection and quality assurance ofpartner-provided performance data.

  • Maintain current documentation ofdata processes, business logic, and workflows to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.

  • Support project timelines and reporting schedules, proactively communicatingprogress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Research platform capabilities and industry trends, recommending improvements todata quality, operational efficiency, and the feasibility of new reporting requests.

  • Facilitatedata and reporting architecture discussions to ensure reporting products are reliably deployed and make effective use of platform capabilities.

  • When required, design, build, and deployETL and data management processes, including robust error handling, exception management, and rollback procedures.

  • Provide production support for data loads and automate recurring reporting through customSQL queries or Python scripts, as needed.

  • Supervise, train, and mentor senior and junior analysts, including providing oversight and support to offshore Senior Associates when required.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence, working with large datasets, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Hands-on experience withPower BI; knowledge ofTableau or Looker is helpful.

  • Strong ability to present dataclearly and accurately.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; a background instatistics or modeling is a plus.

  • Experience indigital media is preferred, including familiarity withGoogle Campaign Manager, major digital and social platforms, and web analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and charts.

  • Experience withSQL, Python, or R is a plus; knowledge oftag management or application coding is also desirable.

  • Understanding of common media metrics and buying models, includingCPV, VCR, and GRP, and how they connect to business outcomes.

  • Ability to independently manage day-to-day workstreams withinlarge analytical projects, with limited guidance.

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, particularly when collaborating acrossoffshore and onshore teams.

  • Availability for aminimum three-hour overlap during the New York morning; up to six hours of overlap is preferred.

  • Previous experience working withUS-based teams is preferred.

  • Proven experiencemanaging and developing junior team members.
